Report on donors to a given fund with solicitors

Hi. I'm trying to figure out a report to run that will give me:

• a list of donors to a given fund (with name, address and phone)
  
• within our fiscal year
• who gave a certain amount ($500) or more cumulatively during the fiscal year
• with the total of their giving for that year on the report (i.e. $652)
  
• and with the name of their solicitor, if one is assigned (and a blank spot if one is not)

What I would love to see is something like this:

Donor                                                  Amount                                         Assigned Solicitor

 Jane Jones                                         $700                                             Debbie Smith

123 Main St.

Anywhere, ST 12345

123-456-7890

Bob Jones                                           $740                                             Jim Johnson

456 Main St.

Anywhere, ST 12345

098-765-4321

I thought the Donor Category Report would work for me. I can get everything except the name of the solicitor. I can include solicitors in the filtering, but that will give me just a report on given solicitors. I want ONE report with each solicitor noted or a blank if there is no solicitor.

Any thoughts?

I would take a query of the records (either output query from Donor Category Report or one I created with giving that meets the criteria) to Export for a constituent export.  Select all the bio data, gift data, and solicitor.  You shoulld be able to get all the fields you need.
