Head of Household when pulling an Export for a Mailing

Hi All

 Quick question when pulling an export using a query for a mailing list there is an option to only pull constituents marked as Head of Household would this mean that in the case of Mr & Mrs Smith if Mr Smith was marked as HoH but Mrs Smith was the only one included in the query that no mail would go to Mrs Smith?

No - That is not how HOH processing works. It only works IF both the people are in your query - it will then reduce the list down to only the HOH. If only your non-HOH is in the query, HOH processing does not apply.
