The Motion Picture & Television Fund, is seeking a technologically proficient data analyst with a minimum five years of experience with CRM/relational databases (Raiser's Edge strongly preferred).    The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in database administration, query-writing, prospect and constituent record management, data exports and report creation and have the proven ability to evaluate data using analytical & logical reasoning to examine data results and provide findings and/or conclusions for use in fundraising strategies.

Essential Job Functions include:  Supporting the data mining and statistical analysis requirements of all departments related to constituent and gift data stored in the Blackbaud suite of products; analyze data trends and patterns; create customized reports; production of internal constituent lists; publication of routine reports on key business metrics; database quality control and large volume data imports from other organizational databases.  This position is involved in all steps of the analysis process, including solicitation queries, data preparation, query/list development, presentation of results and deployment of reports.  The position collaborates with multiple departments and is a key member of the Foundation development team participating in discussions related to event/campaign planning to ensure that database is being used to its fullest capacity.

 

This is a full-time exempt position working for the foundation in the MPTF corporate office located in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />
Woodland Hills, California.
