ArtsMemphis Seeks a Database Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing Raisers Edge Database
  • Providing custom queries, reporting and data analysis
  • Coordinating, implementing and updating annual appeals
  • Creating and executing mail, e-mail, and phone campaigns, including creating lists, preparing data merges and fulfillment
  • Maintaining up-to-date solicitor assignments and notes
  • Gift entry, acknowledgement letters, membership benefit fulfillment and invoicing
  • Reconciling Raisers Edge with general bank ledger, fund balances and fundraising reports
  • Serving as liaison with Blackbaud and technology firm engineers to coordinate user support and ensure proper execution of database best practices and updates
  • Processing accounts payable

 

Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with Raisers Edge required
  • 3+ years work experience in database management in not-for-profit sector
  • Proven data management abilities including data processing and donor records maintenance
  • High level analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Financial Edge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
