Reports to:  Director of Business Operations <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
 Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:  A bachelor's degree and two (2) years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or an associate degree and  four (4) years of relevant experience in business management, public management, or administrative services.  Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint), Raisers Edge software, and research and analysis techniques.  Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and customer service skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Financial Edge and Crystal Reports preferred. ResponsibilitiesProvides support for the Development Department's resource development activities including coordination and management of the college's electronic database of supporters, electronic communications, and tracking/cultivation activities. Manages Raisers Edge database of 35,000+ constituent records and is responsible for data entry and export of data, staff training, data integrity and quality control. Maintains data entry manual and ensures that staff operates in accordance with set procedures. Customizes database to meets specific development office needs. Provides administrative coordination for Development Department including: prospect research, building custom queries, performs gift entry and acknowledgements, invoicing, mailings, presentations, pre and post event support and other fundraising efforts and activities. Develops, generates and distributes reports and written/electronic communications both internally and externally to support resource development.  Manages email lists and other tracking and prospect/relationship processes that support cultivation activities. Helps ensure Development Department website information, including annual report and newsletter, are updated and maintained.  Work Schedule:     Monday
