FINCA is one of the world's leading microfinance institutions, providing financial services to more than one million clients. FINCA seeks a Senior Donor Information Manager to maintain the integrity of FINCA's donor information as well as the consistency and accuracy of FINCA's donor mailings. S/he is responsible for all data inputs and outputs including: gift processing, conducting financial reporting and reconciliation, and creating queries and reports to analyze performance of FINCA's fundraising initiatives. S/he also is responsible for generating house file lists for appeals, for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for constituent database management, and for identifying areas for business process improvement.

Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years' experience in Raiser's Edge, query-writing, data imports and exports, and report creation. Knowledge of Sphere and Net Community preferred.
