Development Systems and Operations Coordinator



The Systems and Operations Coordinator aids the Systems and Operations Manager in maintaining and improving the integrity of donor databases and customer service platforms. He/she handles data imports and exports; trains staff on database functionalities and procedures; and helps with data analysis and reporting. The Coordinator also coordinates the Development Operations team's customer service efforts and crafts effective messaging in response to technical issues.
