Multiple Attributes-How to combine so Constituent name doesn't show up multiple times

Options

I have Jane Doe and I'm pulling attribute titled Country Club into my report. In some instances Jane is a member of multiple country clubs so she would show up several different times with all other information duplicated except for the country club. I would like to have her name only once on the report but if she has 5 different country clubs pull all those clubs. Is that possible and if so how?

You could group the report by Constituent ID, and put the name and other information in the group footer.

Rhonda - the most common time someone appears multiple times is if you are trying to use the output screen of a query as a report which is not recommended. Is this what you are doing? If not, how are you producing this "report".

On the query I'm not using output and on the export I'm telling it to export all country clubs. It is pulling the right information in Crystal reports but I just don't want Jane doe to show up listed on report with XYZ Club and then Jane Doe on the next line showing 123 Club. I would like her name to only appear once on the report and then under the column titled club it show XYZ and 123.

So then it sounds like your crystal report needs to be grouped by sort name or some identifier to group all information under each person.

I would suggest using the segment function in mail.

Segment and Mail are not appropriate for Crystal Reports. You can only use Export with Crystal Reports.
