Join a 4-member Donor Care team as Development Operations Associate at a growing Valley nonprofit. The Phoenix Rescue Mission provides Christ-centered, life-transforming solutions for persons facing homelessness and hunger. Your job is to serve as the key liaison between the Development Team and Finance. Ensure all cash, check, credit card, website and EFT gifts are committed to Raiser's Edge and our general ledger accurately and on a timely basis. Manage reconciliation process among batches and for all daily transactions. Oversee our return receipt/donation acknowledgement process to ensure processing within 48 hours of receipt of donation. Work with Database Manager to develop, maintain and execute queries, exports and reports from Raiser's Edge used in daily gift processing and for donor analytics. Must have experience in financial / transaction reconciliation. Must have experience in donor database software; Raiser's Edge preferred.
