The Office of Advancement Services at Lebanon Valley College seeks a Manager of Advancement Database and Technology. The Manager of Advancement Database and Technology provides information, support, training, and services to advance the fundraising and alumni engagement efforts of the Advancement Office. This position serves as the divisional expert user and assists the Director of Advancement Services in the overall management of the Raiser's Edge software, including data collection, maintenance, queries and report generation. The position works in partnership with IT Services for data management and system enhancements and collaboratively with the Advancement Office staff, including the Vice President for Advancement, to assess and address programmatic, reporting and training needs. Qualifications include: a Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years professional experience in PL/SQL query language; experience with Reporting Services and Crystal Reports; experience in a higher education environment using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge preferred; and knowledge of Relational DBMS, client/server applications/reporting experience, workstation tools (web browser, Microsoft Office products) required.
