Works with the Blackbaud Project Team to deliver product support and  training to chapter staff on the Make-A-Wish Suite of Blackbaud software applications: The Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, and the Wish Module. This position also provides support for projects related to the Make-A-Wish Suite.  Successful incumbents must demonstrate expertise in Blackbaud applications, collaborate with other MAWFA team members and chapter staff and manage a dynamic workload.
