Crystal Reports - Action Records Excluded When Missing and Attribute

I am creating a grant tracking sheet via actions (no proposal tab yet, but working around it well) that I want to live in a crystal report. The content of the report is largeley kept in specific action attributes that I created.  The problem is that when a specific action record does not have all 5 or so specific attributes (ex., "Report Due?") built in the action it gets excluded entirely from the crystal report. Whereas in a RE query or export it wouuld just be balnk.

I could of course build out each action attribute and leave it blank, but I feel like there must be a better way within crystal.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hi Josh,

Thanks very much for the reply!  I have changed exactly NONE of my table links to Left Outer Join :-)  I'm gonna do that now.  These is sort of uncharted waters for me.
