St. John's School seeks candidates for the Advancement Database Coordinator responsible for managing the Advancement database as well as building reports, queries, and Crystal Reports. This position can be either full-time or flexible part-time depending on the candidate. The position will coordinate with the Technology Department, the Business, and Admission Offices. A major focus of the Advancement Database Coordinator will be the continued maintenance and accuracy of all constituent data and may involve in-depth research skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive Crystal Report building experience and 2+ years of experience. Prefer Raisers' Edge experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills are a must. Must be organized and have the ability to set priorities; meet deadlines and multi-task. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Candidate must have the ability to work well and effectively in a team environment. Salary will be based on years of experience and positions held.
