The Park School, a Pre-K to Grade 9 independent school in Brookline, Massachusetts, is seeking a Manager of Development Services to join its 7-person advancement team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Development and working with the Director of Research and Stewardship, this person will be responsible for supporting the Annual Fund and Major Gift efforts with extensive reporting and data analysis using Raiser's Edge, Excel and PowerPoint. This position also provides extensive reporting to the Business Office and provides comparative data to peer schools. Successful candidates will bring expertise using Raiser's Edge and its reporting functions, proficiency with Excel and database management, data analysis skills, organizational project management skills, a good work ethic, sense of humor, and willingness to become a positive member of a great working team. Candidates need not have direct development experience; transferable skills are welcome from other industries.
