The Need Today, millions of lives around the world are in the grip of injustice. International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks to make public justice systems work for victims of abuse and oppression who urgently need the protection of the law. IJM is seeking a qualified and energetic professional to help ensure that all IJM field programs have high-quality monitoring and evaluation plans to produce evidence of performance and impact. The successful candidate will be experienced in program design, management, and evaluation in the international development arena (ideally within the rule of law sector); will have led, conducted, or had substantial involvement in actual evaluations; and have excellent statistical skills and data analysis experience. This position is based at IJM Headquarters in the Washington, DC area with 25% international travel and reports directly to the Director of Program Design & Evaluation. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to programs so that they have a plausible plan to show achievement of outcomes and contribution to impact (40%)
