Does anyone have a sample agency user manual they could share?   I understand we need to create this and upload to E tap.

Christina, great ask. User manuals can be very customized accordingly to each organization's needs. Blackbaud has a guide pdf document that might help you get started. Here is that link: https://www.blackbaud.com/files/support/guides/etap/etap.pdf.

 

Also, there are websites that have good tips and tricks on what to make sure you include. This site has 12 that are really good.
