creating new application

I am trying to create a new application in Facebook. I barely got started before I got stuck becuase the Convio Toolkit documentation does not match the Facebook developer. I can't find any place on FB to edit the Default FBML as instructed on page 11 and that's just for starters. Has anyone looked at this recently? Is an updated toolket coming or is the current one just fine and I'm hopelessly muddled? Any guidance appreciated.

Hi,

Unfortunately, Facebook changes the application form so often that it is nearly impossible to keep up with it. The toolkit documentation, while out of date, is still valid. All of the steps outlined are still there. For instance, the Default FBML section is the 8th step down in the Installation Options section.
