How to update people who have taken action through FB application?

I'm looking for ideas/techniques people have used to push updates through the Convio Facebook application. If someone gets a gift or signs a petition, how are organizations sending updates within FB to those individuals?

Hey Abby,

You can create a group of people who have done stuff through facebook using report writer if nothing else. And then send them an email. The Convio app isn't set up such that you can message them directly through facebook updates.
