Removing automatic Text from an Event Page

Is there a way to remove the text, "This event does not require an RSVP. Registered users can request event reminders. Register.” (with a link to register for an account at our site) from certain event pages?

(FYI - luckily the name of the post is reflected in the url from the old community, so you can usually still find them by searching by the name - in this case, the post is called "Event page questions.")


When you need to hide something on a page, it might also help to right-click it and "inspect element" to see if it has a specific ID - if it does, it should be as simple as this jquery script we use in the "Event Description" HTML box to hide the "Return to calendar" link:


$('#lo-UserDetailInfoOtherInfo').hide();


Just pop the appropriate element ID in there instead.
