@Crystal Bruce - Appreciate this feature and it's ability to take tasks off my plate; the best part it just runs in the background and notifies me when it's done.

Idea for future improvements - have the notification go to the user's email address as well. Sometimes it's easy to miss the in-system notification.

@Crystal Bruce @Crystal Bruce this is a gamechanger for me, especially with Pledge & Recurring Gift Reports. Having it automated is a huge time saver! I agree with Kathy McDermott that it would be so much better if it would automatically run and send!

@Crystal Bruce Interesting feature and I can see my organization using for regular, recurring reports. It would be nice if for recurring reports the end date was not a mandatory field.

@Crystal Bruce It's really convenient to ‘set it and forget it’. I don't have to worry about forgetting to run recurring reports or setting reminders on my computer. It's so easy to create a recurring schedule and let the Raiser's Edge work its magic!

@Crystal Bruce I have to run several reports the first of the month for reconciliation. Having the ability now to just schedule them and have them automatically there is great!

Anything that can run in the background or just be there when I login is such a timesaver, but let me add my vote to those who would like either an email notification that the report is complete or for it to be emailed as an attachment.

@Crystal Bruce Love the scheduled reports feature and especially the “share” with others option. Super useful and saves the time of sending an email. Also, the recurring schedule is helpful, too.

@Crystal Bruce Being able to schedule these is amazing, and for us, it could conceivable replace some of our regular reporting. But – I noticed the scheudler is set to Blackbaud's local time in New York. Having to convert to our local time when we schedule a report will be frustrating, is there any plan to syncronize this with a user's local time? Or did I miss an option somewhere?

@Crystal Bruce, OH MY GOODNESS! This is amazing! The head of my department expects certain reports to be run regularly each month, and I currently have a calendar reminder set up to remind me to do it. Being able to schedule the reports to run automatically takes that extra step away. Now, the only part of the task I'll have to worry about is updating certain date parameters. Wonderful!

It was handy to schedule a report and come to it the following morning. I can see this being very useful in situations when a need for a certain report is identified to pull in the future and being able to set the filters and parameters up while my mind is still fresh then schedule it to run when needed. Rather than returning to crete a report at a later date and trusting my notes.

@Crystal Bruce Automating our reports would significantly save our team time, especially since several team members who aren't familiar with RE frequently request updates. We do have the ability to set up notifications for RE users when a report is automated. However, we’re currently trying to schedule reports to be sent directly to individual email addresses, but we haven’t been successful with that just yet.

@Crystal Bruce WIll be interesting to see if this is helpful or not. It was a little hard to see which fields were required, I had to go through the pages a few times.
