I was able to schedule a report and sent to a colleague, but forgot about it and had to do some searching to find it. I need some more practice, but once mastered, I think running weekly action reports for - and sent to - my team will be of great value.

@Crystal Bruce I love love love this feature!! Hoping that we will be able to schedule our Export/Queries as well. We don't use the Standard Reports much, but we have many many Exports that we run manually every week or every month. This would be huge to be able to do!

@Crystal Bruce I look forward to using this tool. Right now I can't think of reports that I would use this for but now that this is an option I will definitely look for more uses in the future. Part of the problem is that some of the report don't do everything we need them to or are not customizable enough.

@Crystal Bruce I can see this coming in handy. I scheduled my first report to drop after lunch and the same time for the rest of the week. I experimented with sharing it with different people so I can see what that experience might be like.

@Crystal Bruce love being able to schedule reports to run. It allows me to set up what I want but run at a later time when all gift entry is done or other tasks that I am not completing but am dependent on. It also allows me to have it waiting for me in the morning - or share with others for when they need it. Now to get others to know what to look for and access the report ?
