I am trying to write whitelisting instructions for recipients of my e-newsletter. Anyone care to share their whitelisting instructions? Thanks in advance!

Instructions for adding a sender's from address to local whitelists varies by ISP and email client, so best practice is to

1) use a short pitch in your email messages: "Add to your address book or safelist to ensure our email reaches your inbox."

2) hyperlink "address book or safelist" to direct traffic to a landing page with detailed instructions: For an example, see http://www.care.org/help/safelist.asp
