  • @Crystal Bruce The three tiles I chose are updates, favorite queries, and campaign tracker. I added updates to know about the integration process, the campaign tracker because I report on our amount raised each week, and the favorite queries for easy access to the ones I use weekly!

  • @Crystal Bruce I chose recent gifts (to see recent giving in the short term), year-over-year fundraising (to look at giving trends at a larger scale), and appeal tracker (to track specific initiatives our team is currently focused on).

  • @Crystal Bruce I added recent gifts to see new income at a glance, fund tracker to monitor current events, and year over year fundraising to watch trends.

  • @Crystal Bruce
updates, recent gift + favourite queries

  • @Crystal Bruce
I have multiple clients and love being able to set up different tiles based on the work I do with that client. One of my clients is Direct Mail heavy so I added the appeals tab. Favorite Queries I have for every client along with recent gifts.

  • @Crystal Bruce
I chose event tracker, campaign tracker and year on year fundraising! I work with event bookings and also manage our payments and reports to various campaigns

  • @Crystal Bruce
I chose to display Favorite Queries, Prospect Insights, and the Opportunity Snapshot. As the Database Admin and Prospect Researcher for my team, these hit the main tasks I'm focusing on each day.

  • @Crystal Bruce recent gifts, year over year fundraising, opportunity snapshot. As the operations manager, these are important metrics for me to keep an eye on, but that I don't require a lot of detail for.

  • @Crystal Bruce I chose recent gifts, year over year fundraising, and favorite queries as these are the things that I most readily need to access.

  • @Crystal Bruce since we just started soliciting sponsorships for our breakfast in September, I have the Event Tracker front and center along with Recent Gifts and Appeal Tracker.

  • My three tiles are recent gifts, campaigns and fundraiser performance. Using it to keep up with where we are.

  • @Crystal Bruce Fundraiser Performance, Recent Gifts specific to pledge pays, Favorite Queries

  • @Crystal Bruce Event tracker, Appeal tracker, Campaign tracker. It's nice to see how many people have RSVPed for our upcoming event, how much money our spring fundraiser has brought in vs our goal, and how much money is coming in through a fundraising campaign I oversee.

  • @Crystal Bruce I chose Event Tracker, Appeal Tracker, and Favorite Queries because I use these features the most.

  • @Crystal Bruce I added My Actions and Favourite Queries, and the third tile I have is the Updates one.

I like to know what actions I have up next is always useful and it's great to be able to get to the queries I use most often.

The Updates tile is vital because otherwise I might not know what new features have been rolled out!

  • @Crystal Bruce

I added recent gifts, Fund Tracker and the third tile I have is the Blackbaud Updates.

I like have recent gift and fund data available to me immediately when I open up my NXT. This is something I get asked about a lot by my teammates.

The Updates tile is important to me because otherwise I might not know what new features have been rolled out, and I want to make sure I didn't miss anything!

  • @Crystal Bruce I've got the Updates tile, Favorite Queries, and some Links to Standard Reports in webview on my homepage for now. As we continue to make more use of more reports, I might explore more links, and I use several queries on a daily or weekly basis, so having them immediately available speeds up my morning some.

  • @Crystal Bruce I have Updates, Event Tracker and Favorite Queries. I like the ability to look at current events and monitor the number of registrants quickly. Favorite Queries so things can be accessed easily and quickly

  • @Crystal Bruce I did this a while ago, but probably forgot to post about it. I have the updates, my actions and year over year fundraising results. The year over year fundraising tile is my favorite since I enter all the gifts and have to make sure our dashboards are updated so it's nice to be able to easily see where we are now versus where we were last year. Especially considering I can barely remember what happened yesterday let alone last year. ?

  • @Crystal Bruce
Favourite Queries, Appeal Tracker and Updates. It was very easy. I look forward to using the homepage to my advantage to access the information I use regularly.

  • @Crystal Bruce, I also did this awhile ago. I added Favorite queries, Recent gifts and Year-over-year fundraising. However, with the expansion of reporting in webview, I just added that tile as well. It's helpful to have that information at a glance. Being able to quickly access a few key queries does save a bit of time navigating to the different folders.

@Crystal Bruce - Favorite queries, recent gifts, and year-over-year fundraising.

  • @Crystal Bruce - Year-over-year fundraising, Recent gifts, Opportunity snapshot, Favorite queries

  • @Crystal Bruce

My favourite is the Favourite Queries tile. I'm using query pretty much every day so this is a terrific feature. Hoping eventually there's one for Imports as well. :)

I've always had the Updates tile open, though I find it less useful than receiving emails from various BB subscriptions (which I can forward to collegues as relevant).

Many of the other new tiles are fundraising specific and not relevant to my work, though I really like the year over year fundraising tile. A nice, concise representation of how we've done.

We also implimented the new Bulliten Board from RedArc – this is a great way for us to push information to users that's more speific to us than the Updates tile. We've turned this on for all users and reccomend it heavily.

We also created an adaptive card for Quick Links, so we can specifiy important links for all users (rather than encouraging them to add these to their own Quick Links). This ensures consistency and that all users have quick access to important information.

  • @Crystal Bruce Year over year fundraising and recent gifts!

  • @Crystal Bruce Appeal Tracker, Recent Gifts and Year over Year Fundraising

  • @Crystal Bruce I kept the Updates feature. Added Campaign tracker, Fundraiser performance, and Prospect Insights.

  • @Crystal Bruce
Favorite Queries, Recent gifts and Opportunity snapshot!

  • @Crystal Bruce I kept the Updates and dundefined (Papersave) tiles and added the Recent gifts and favorite queries. In DB view I use the home page a LOT, have whole end of month QA flows on the home page. I hope to be able to do that with this home page. Looks like can only have five categories so would have to create duplicates for this to work…also only works by category, not the individual Query (which would be more helpful).

I wanted to add events but it would only allow for 3 events, not all for the fiscal year.

  • @Crystal Bruce I currently am rocking with the Updates/Fav Queries/Papersave combo! I use queries almost every day so it's really nice to be able to start them from my homepage!!
