The new Raiser’s Edge NXT Home page allows you to report on individual and team successes. On the Customize Home page modal, select the My team tab. Search for and add the members of your team. You don't need to add yourself; you are automatically included. Once you have added your team, let us know a creative way that you have grouped your team together to report out specific data. Or let us know how you are choosing to report on your own individual data.

@Crystal Bruce I have used it in two of the tiles: Recent Gifts and Fundraiser Performance. Generally for the recent gifts I want to see all recent gifts as I'm covering for the gift entry personnel at the moment, but I have worked with the fundraisers to help them set it up to see their portfolio and the director to see the recent gift from the team. We are not large so really I need to always look at all the fundraisers. I like for the fundraiser performance tile that we can see the teams dollars credited (and percentage of portfolio that gave a major gift (and we can see the amount!)) for the year, either calendar or fiscal (feel like fiscal is a newer option and a good addition), and that we can see this year compared to last for our phone and meeting actions!

I also want to share my actual favorite tile for the home page that is free in the Marketplace - Red Arc's Bulletin Board. I learned about this two weeks ago during the RENXT PUB and turned it on that day. I've shown the team how I plan to use it to update them on major changes that I've made in the database. They will expect to see changes like clean up, table additions/removals, etc., and we moved it to the top of their home page.

@Crystal Bruce I like this option, grouping your team together easily. Unfortunately, it does not impact my team in data, as we are not frontline fundraisers and do not have actions assigned. I can definitely see in other shops where having this quick snapshot can be beneficial. My org has been using a data warehouse and PowerBI dashboard for some time but I am curious whether we could integrate some of these newer tools in RENXT for our many gift officers. I will definitely be discussing with my director.

@Crystal Bruce, at this time, I'm honestly not sure how this option would help my team. We're incredibly small--only five of us total. Three of us are fundraisers. Based on the tiles I've chosen to look at, the only one that would possibly use this feature would be the Recent Gifts tile. I plan to look into it more.

I have tried to use this to show our VP how she can see all of the gift officer's work in one place and for the individual gift officers how they can see just their information instead of weeding through the other information for what is pertinent to them.

@Crystal Bruce I'm using My Team in the Fundraiser Performance tab. It's nice, but I found myself wishing there were more flexibility. For example, it would be nice to see new donors or LYBUNTs by fundraiser.

@Crystal Bruce I've selected team members for “My Team” but unfortunately not all the members of the Advancement department were available. Since my main function is gift management, I wouldn't apply this team to any of the tiles until I can include all team members

@Crystal Bruce I created the team. However it's not really useful at this point yet as I am the only one working the database. Possibly some use on assigned fundraisers. Looking forward to seeing how I can use it more.

@Crystal Bruce I organized all of our gift officers into “My team” (I am a Prospect Manager) so I can see their actions in “Fundraiser Performance”; however, it always defaults back to only show me (who does not have a portfolio) and it isn't super helpful since my dashboards have a larger comprehensive view of their performance.

After playing around with adding team members, tiles and settings I think this could be a useful tool for our fundraising team to split up the portfolios of the individual fundraisers vs the team that targets organizations. I'd like the ability to toggle back and forth between ‘My Team’ an all a bit more seamlessly without having to open the settings for each tile.

@Crystal Bruce While I'm not sure if this is directly useful for my team, it's absolutely helpful for our major gifts team, to help focus some of the available tiles (fundraiser performance, recent gifts, etc.).
