Encumbered funds
Options
Why would our awards not go into encumbered and disbursed funds when they are awarded? We have it set up so that “awarded” goes into encumbered funds but it doesn't show up in the encumbered funds report. Blackbaud looked into it and the error message was “Has disbursements BUT does not contain any disbursements where encumbered and disbursed is true”. What am I missing? Has anyone else had the same issue?
