Slow System or Timed Out Gateway

Has anyone else experienced a slow scholarship management system or receive the famous "504 Timed Out Gateway" message?  My team and I are constantly getting kicked out or stalled on the system when doing anything.  We have had trainings with staff that have caused us to reschedule department training and/or cause errors during bulk awarding.


Please tell me we're not the only ones!

  • You are not the only ones! I am experiencing the same issues. I spoke to support, and it sounds like their engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively working to resolve it. 
  • Yes, they say engineering is "working on it" but no ETA on a fix.   Very bad!

    Today is one of our big Decision Days for scholarships and we did not anticipate this holding us up.  This is our first year using the software so I thought it was us.
  • I would recommend you escalate the issue to your account manager.  They need to know what you are experiencing.  I just did an mine wasn't aware of any problem.   Nor does the Blackbaud status showing any issues, it's reflecting "Operational", which is not really the case...
