Using Events in Altru for Vendor Payments

Hello!

I work with the Museums of Western Colorado. At one of our sites, we have a farmers market every Saturday. Most of the time we invoice vendors for booth fees, but we would like to have the option to charge one-time booth fees through Altru when a vendor is on-site.

Would event registration be the best way to do this?

    We have used Scheduled Programs to set up vendor registration for payments and resources needed (ie, tables, tents). That way our staff can email a registration link and we can track who has paid. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
