Deleting text in email designer

Does anyone know why it's forcing me to input text in this area? I am trying to delete it and it won't allow me to save it after deleting. I don't want text in that area. What do people normally put there? Thank you.

@Jolynn Uyehara If you've selected the Image Left option from Content Builder, it automatically puts text to the right. If you don't want text there, you have two options: choose Image Only from Content Builder (which might not give you the look you want) OR change the colour of the text to match your background. That makes the text invisible.
