I also just deployed the add-in Bulletin Board from Red Arc. I want to find ways to encourage the development officers to check there for significant updates or gift entry staff to find key links there.

This is one of the first things I did when this feature went live! We've added links for our Foundation website, Alumni website, and our internal service/Knowledgebase where we keep documentation specific to our processes and policies.

When we realized we had no control over this bit for other user (wanting them to all have the same links available on the home page) we instead built an adaptive card and put it on all user's home pages. We still encourage users to use Quick Links to add urls that are important for them specifically.
