Now that you've chosen some tiles, on the Raiser’s Edge NXT Home page, let add some quick links. You can do this by selecting the Quick links tab. Do you have favorite pages or tasks in Raiser's Edge NXT? Do you have external websites you use frequently for your role? Quick links enable you to create shortcuts to your favorite pages or resource. Add a favorite link for quick access from the home page and let us know which link(s) you added and why.

Also set this up a while ago. Here is what I set up and why:

• Putney's Annual Fund
  • Love watching our web component climb
• Internal Donation Page
  • We use this when someone shares their credit card with us. We can do anything they request that we do with the gift - any fund, any recurring options, all the bells and whistles.
• Update my contact information form
  • I'm forever sharing this link with our fundraisers so they can get updated info from people they are engaging with.
• Opt in with my email
  • Similar to the one above - this links to our OLX opt in form

At the Strengthen Your Reporting Skills in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT® Web View session with BBU this week the instructor suggested saving favorite reports in this section. I liked that idea but think I need something more detailed so I think I may start using my browsers bookmarks to store these and although I like the query tile I might do the same thing for that.

@Crystal Bruce I saved three external links once we received access to the new Home Page. I have a direct link to my Community Inbox to save clicks. I also saved a link to the Total Web Solution to remind myself of the more recent changes to web view and what is not planned on coming. I also added the RENXT Idea Bank to save clicks. I think I might grab Elizabeth's idea of the internal donation form once we have our new one set up since we're migrating all our online donations. Thanks for the idea, @Elizabeth Johnson!

@Crystal Bruce, the only one I could think of that I've been using recently is whitepages. All others are on my bookmarks toolbar of my browser. It's an interesting feature for sure.

@Crystal Bruce I help with database admin & cleanup, so have several address lookup links (US Phonebook, ZIPInfo, USPS ZIP Lookup, FFIEC Lookup by Address, etc). I set up a few of these as quick links. Not sure I'll use them much though - they all are saved to my bookmark bar in Chrome and also are pinned as tabs to the left.

@Crystal Bruce This is by far my favorite feature of the home page. Right now I have a link to our internal Advancement Services website where we have a lot of our forms, procedures, etc., a link to a Power BI Dashboard that I use for weekly updates, and our FY25 Fundraising Update Google Sheet that is what we use to track our progress towards our fundraising goals broken down by source of cash (ex. Trustees, Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Foundations, and Bequests).

@Crystal Bruce I added a link to our shared folder on SharePoint as I frequently upload reports and share with others from there. I also like the suggestion that I could put some of my bookmarks (phone/email search, email verification, gender guesser) there and then they would be available regardless of which browser I'm using. I wouldn't have to remember to update in more than one place.

@Crystal Bruce Many quick link ideas come to mind while brainstorming this feature. Creating P&Ps that we can link directly to for certain processes may be a task I take on over the coming months. For now, I've linked to our “donation tracking spreadsheet” for gift processing, our master P&P document, and an external site used often for quick donor research!

@Crystal Bruce I love this feature! I used sites instead of NXT reports, but may change it as I get used to the feature: GiveSmart, PowerSchool, BBMS, & ResearchPoint (I know RP can be found in the menu on the top left of the page, but it is nice to have it all in one place under the Quick Links)
