Can you set questions up on the General App where "If yes" a box appears to type an additional answer?

For example, if I say “Do you identify as Indigenous” if they select “Yes” I'd like a question to pop up that says “What band are you a member of." (I'm very new to Awards Management, apologies if this has been covered).

@Corey Serran we have not been able to do this with a “pop up” sort of question after a student makes a selection. We instead use a short answer question after the initial one which says, “if you selected ”yes" in the previous question please indicate which community you are from" . It's not perfect but it works. Hope this helps.
