Using this feature seemed a little convoluted for me. Maybe I understood it wrong? I went to recently run then shared from there? Is there a way for me to see if the recipient know I shared it or if they viewed it? I think this could be super useful if I understood how it worked better.

@Crystal Bruce Agree with others that this was a bit confusing and difficult to find based solely on the task description. Once I figured out where to share, this was pretty straightforward, and is a nice way to enhance collaboration across the team.

@Crystal Bruce a nice feature I think the dashboard shares work better as they are sent to email. these seem a little hidden away. Again they come as pdf which is good sometimes but not others. I'd imagine a report that links to your work center and portfolio would be better

@Crystal Bruce, I agree with @JoAnn Strommen and others. Finding the share option was not easy outside of when I was scheduling a report. I did find a button on the “Recently run” area that allowed me to share it with the development director. (It didn't make sense to share a report with myself just so I could see it in the "Shared with me" section.

@Crystal Bruce, Easy to set up as a one-time or recurring report. The notification bell in the upper right-hand corner alerted me that there was something for me to review. Very cool!

@Crystal Bruce This was a really nice option and very easy for people to find when they go to reports. I was happy to see the “Shared with me” section being separate and always visible which made it easy for team members to find reports that has been shared with them.

@Crystal Bruce It would be great if there a built in option to notify my team via email that a report is ready in RE NXT for their review. I expect there will be a bit of a learning curve to watching for notifications and checking the standard reports section.

@Crystal Bruce We have always downloaded to pdf and then shared reports via email to team members to keep everyone in the loop. This will save time and help us in automating our processes!

One suggestion I thought about would be to allow for a text field so that you could send a message to the individual receiving so they knew what they were getting.

@Crystal Bruce I like this much better than saving the report to the shared area and then sending an email to the person with it as an attachment. This makes it so much easier to share and so much easier for my team to find. I think it will help us a lot and make it easier to share our work and find the shared work.

@Crystal Bruce I like that I can share a report so that I can provide a link to the report vs. a user needing to log into db view. With the availability to add quick links to the home page, I can help a user add the link to the report so it's always easily accessible.

This makes it easier to share with my team verses saving the report then emailing my team the attachment. Still need to work on education on where it can be found once it's shared.
