I can see this feature saving some time. Since I'm the only one currently running reports, it's not as helpful since others won't be sharing their reports with me, but I can certainly see how this can and will improve collaboration.

@Crystal Bruce Reports like this typically get lost in our emails or shared file folders. It becomes hard to remember where each one is located. The Shared with Me section makes it easier for everyone on our team to store the reports in one convenient place to access later.

@roger berg You took the words out of my mouth. Though I must admit we don't use standard reports widely, it is nice to know that there can be a single access point for collaborative reports.

@Crystal Bruce like others we do not utilize sharing of reports much. Our needs tend to be to run the report for a particular purpose, not sharing it with other users. I like the option to automatically share it, though, which would save time and have things more central and not taking up space on a shared drive or something.

@Crystal Bruce This is great! I can see this being useful for a lot of our user requests, when they want a specific list, and especially for leadership (e.g. a weekly report of fundraising activity for the past week).

@Crystal Bruce This feature will be very helpful since a major of the reports I pull are for others. Rather than downloading the report and crafting an email, I can just share the report with them to pull at their own convenience!

@Crystal Bruce, this is an interesting feature, one I'm curious if it will help my team. They're rather accustomed to getting reports from me via email. This would encourage them to go into RE Web view, but I'm not sure if they'd do it. I'll have to experiment!

I triewd this with a few folks and the general agreement was that while going to a shared tab was nice, the emailed reports are more useful for them since they do not need to be reminded to log into RE

@Crystal Bruce I find these tasks a little difficult as sometimes there's not enough instruction. I was not sure where the shared with me section are. Last month's challenge also I wasn't always sure where things are or how to find them.

Now that I found it, it could be helpful to easily have this option to share with team members so I don't constantly have to rerun and send reports.

I see multiple uses for the Shared with me feature. I never remember the names of reports I run with some regularity, but not often enough to remember the name. In DB view I used the last run column to find them. I can see how I can utilize this and favorites to make this a little easier for me to find.

I get a lot of requests to run reports for various staff. I look forward to generating the report, sharing it and then empowering staff to run it themselves! I will need to train staff on how to utilize this feature, but I see it making my life much easier.

@Crystal Bruce scheduling would have been helpful on a recent vacation, instead of asking a colleague to run and send the campaign report out, I could have scheduled this to happen while I away. I'll try this out to see if others will log into NXT to view the reports or if they prefer to receive the email with a link to the Excel version that I currently send.
