Variable Number of Awards

Does anyone have a good solution for when you may not know the number of awards or when you adjust based on your applicant pool? A couple of examples, we have a few awards that are split among a team of students but we don't know if that team is 4 people or 6 people when we send it to the folks to make the decision. Or we have large endowments that we might split differently among different students so we don't know how many awards will be given. We used to use the word “Variable” but in BBAM it's got to be a number.

Curious if anyone else has had a similar situation and what you may have done to create clarity for folks selecting for these awards.

@Melissa Rodenburg You dont need to enter an award amount, you can just leave it blank. It will show up for the student as $0.00, but you can customize the offer-email for that opportunity to explain that the award amount varies and will be announced at a later date.
