Registration Information/Registrant Tabs Missing from a newly added Program

Hi all,

I created a new program (Yoga) and about 6 scheduled events under that program. The registration process works ok, but I seem to be missing the Registration Information/Registrant Tabs available to me in other events that I had added within already existing programs (Adult Education & Workshops). I would love for our Events/Educational staff to be able to print check in lists like I can with the event in this first screenshot.

New Yoga Class - Where are the missing tabs.

EDIT: I see that when I add a new program, I can check a box that says require registration. In a help article, it said the tabs won't show unless that box is checked. Is there a way to require registration after the fact? I really don't want to rebuild all of this since our marketing for the events has already been published.

Looks like I may have left this unchecked - can I fix that at this point?
