  • @Crystal Bruce I'll be most interested to see how the cycle changes will play out, since our cycle management always creates some difficulties!

  • @Crystal Bruce is the presentation posted somewhere for those of us that were unable to attend the presentation yesterday? Thank you!

  • @Alanna Shockley, if you registered for this PUB, you should have received an email from Blackbaud Events that contained a link to watch it on-demand. If not, go ahead & register for the Award & Stewardship Management session here & the recording link will be included in the calendar invite that will be emailed to you.

Crystal, is there a presentation or video that explains the process of selecting scholarship recipients and integrating the award information into a financial aid software award screen? If so, how does the financial aid office know the integration has completed and what process, if any, does the financial aid office use to make sure sub loan eligibility and other aid is not over awarded? I have not been able to locate any hands-on-demonstrations about processes between the Advancement (Foundation) awarding and Financial Aid Office processing. Most of the schools I have visited with send a list of recipients to the Financial Aid Office for awarding. Someone mentioned in a discussion that federal and state aid could be awarded through Awards Management? I am concerned with that concept due to compliance oversight of federal aid. I would really appreciate your input.

    Thank you.
