Hey!

Does anyone have sample communications that they use in their system? All communication samples are welcomed: applicant, reviewer, post-acceptance, etc.

Here are a few that we use!

All start with “Hi {{ applicant.name }},” and end with our “Thanks!" and our office contact information.

Award Offer Notification:

Congratulations! You have been selected to receive the following scholarship opportunity: {{ portfolio.name }}. You may need to accept your award offer in the system before it may be disbursed to your account. If the award also has a post-acceptance request, you can also complete this request in the system under the "My Applications" option. You can view the details of this award by visiting the following link:

@Mallorie Fonsecam- Thank you! We're integrating with Workday and we needed language to prompt students to accept their awards to kick off the disbursement from BAM.
