Communication for specific portfolios

Options

We have specific scholarships that require students to register first with certain offices on campus, international education, disability services, etc. Can we send out communication to the students once they apply to these specific scholarships thanking them for applying and making sure they have registered with those offices?

  • @Kelly Sylvia Yes… You should be able to go to the opportunity's Application tab, check all the boxes next to those who “submitted” an application, then click on the Act on Selected drop down box in the lower left corner, and choose the email option. Then compose and send your message.

  • @Kelly Sylvia ditto what Russel said, but keep in mind you can only e-mail one screen of users at a time. It won't let you select everyone in the pool, just everyone on screen together. So you may have to copy and paste your e-mail and go page-by-page in multiple batches. That's always been a frustrating feature of the “Email Users” function.
