Scholarship Posting Schedule

Hello!

We are currently using excel to track which scholarship opportunities we will be posting and when. We post scholarships at the beginning of each semester, so the spreadsheet has the name of the scholarship, what semester it will be posted, and how many awards should be offered.

We also use quickbooks to track the account balances of each scholarship and who received it.

With over 150 scholarship opportunities, this becomes a lot to track. Expecially when some scholarships need to be reposted due to lack of applications.

Does anyone have any suggestions or software they use outside of BAM to track their scholarship recipients, available funds, and what schoalrships will be posted and when?
