Hey everyone, I am trying to put together some resources to help train other members of our staff / department faculty on how to use AW. We are thinking about putting on two optional trainings where I can walk through how to access stuff and provide some physical resources. What types of trainings have y'all seen or done before that were successful? Thanks so much for your help!

@Grace Doyle After my initial launch, when all the admin users were trained together, I've done all my training one-on-one; but I also created a bunch of How-To documents that I put in a SharePoint folder for all of them as a resource. I would be happy to temporarily grant you access to that folder to view and copy anything you may find helpful. Let me know if you're interested.

Unfortunately, I've learned that the listserv that UCLA is hosting is, at least for now, only open to COSUAA member schools. At this point they don't have the bandwidth to open it up to everyone. I understand--just sorry for getting folks hopes up! Perhaps someone here could start another listserv?
