Changes to Opportunities--Portfolios--AutoMatch/Apply-To Applications Grids

Has anyone found an alternative way to check for non-updated applications (Submitted/Drafted) without opening each individual opportunity now that Blackbaud has eliminated them from these grids?

I coordinate multiple administrators making these updates and this just eliminated the quick and centralized method I use to clean up our system each year. Cannot figure out the reasoning behind this “upgrade”. Because it's much more efficient to open each of 300 opportunities to look at their individual application grids than to check them from one central place???
