Adding an Administrator Question to Gridview

Has anyone discovered a way to add an administrator question to the Encumbered Funds or Fund Disbursements grid view?

We have an administrator question currently on our Fund Disbursements grid view, but it's the only one we've been able to add. We are archiving the particular question and replacing it with an updated version. Support has told us it's not possible to add an Administrator question to either of these grid views and can't tell us why the one we have has been an option since we created it.

We are trying to find a way to run a report that shows us all of the instances in which this particular administrator question has a value other than 0 or blank. If you know of a way to add the Admin question to a grid view or run a report with this info, please share!

  • @Lindley Davis you can do this by adding the admin question to a renewal template. Once it's there, it will be in the Question Bank for all opportunities so you can add it to one or all (Support can clone the admin question to all opportunities for you).

    You can always remove the question from the renewal template later if you want.

    It will show in the Fund Disbursements Grid, but not the Encumbered Funds Grid.
