Does an optional essay question require a minimum word count of zero?
Options
I am hearing feedback from my applicants that the minimum of 2 words that I set if they DID answer the question, is preventing them from submitting the general application. (The question is for prospective graduate students to list their past degrees). Shouldn't an optional question that is blank always allow them to submit?
