Reporting

I'd like a report that gives me student name, email address and all the Recommended Opportunities for that student. We have some opportunities that no one has applied for but I know we have qualified students. This report would allow me to do some targeted outreach.

  • @Michelle Biscotti do you use Create Users Upon Import (CUUI)? If so, you can also “draft” students to an opportunity to see who would be eligible to apply. I use that feature a lot especially for those scholarships that we get very few or no apps for.

  • @Michelle Biscotti We also have CUUI, but if it is an apply-to scholarship, which is what I think you are referring to when you say ‘Recommended Opportunities', the match to draft option is turned off so you cannot see who would qualify. I played around with this once before and temporarily made the opportunity an auto-match/match to draft opportunity so that I could see who is eligible. However, when I switched it back to an apply-to and the application closed, I noticed it pulled in students on the application tab that never applied for the apply-to scholarship and it did some other wonky things. So, I will probably not do that again. All of that to say, I don't know of a formal report you can pull to show recommended opportunities for all students. However, if you use CUUI and you import a lot of data from your SIS, you can download the Applicants grid (Opportunity>Applicants) and sort and filter the imported data based on the basic criteria of the apply-to scholarship to see who could apply so that you can target them.
