Curious to hear of any issues or successes other system admins have had when using BAM to gather images for art student portfolios. This is our first round with our Art department. If you have any tips or tricks, please share!

We are a community foundation and sometimes the way we use the software is a little different than higher eds; however, we do have several art scholarships in which high school applicants are asked to share their artwork. These are apply-to opportunities with the supplemental questions where students can either upload a file, image, or url link to their portfolio. We give them all these options so we can't necessarily require any of the questions. I'm seeing more and more high school students choose the url link question to answer which makes reviewing much easier. It's far less cumbersome then opening several different image uploads.
