Has anyone else utilized the email header/footer image options? We're adding ours and even though the graphics are high quality and sized correctly, they are coming through SO blurry in test emails and it looks quite unprofessional. If you have any tips or solutions, I'd love to hear them!

    I used Canva to create a banner and make it a PNG file, and it turned out fine for us. I just used text in our school colors, rather than uploading a logo.

    Our communications & marketing team created a header/footer in PNG format for us to use digitally after we gave them the needed dimensions. It does not appear blurry when received...I'm not sure what could be causing that!
