Decline Student for All Cycle Applications

Hello!


I have asked this before, but I don't think I have clearly communicated what we are looking for.


We have have a strict rule that as an employee, you are not able to be awarded scholarships. We have other items like this same rule (declined application required fields). We would like to decline the student's general application and all of their scholarship applications. However, the only way to do this seems to be going into each opportunity application and moving them to decline. For a student that has applied/auto-matched to a large amount of opportunities, this can be very manual and very time consuming.


We need a way to mark the student declined for ALL applications in the cycle, and before we reach the offer stage, but after the application close date.

If you go into the Award Mode grid for a student, you can decline them all at once. You still have to manually recategorize each of them, but at least they're all in one place on that grid.

General Application > Applications > Award Mode (for the selected student)

If you are reviewing the applications based on the General Application, you can create an Admin question where you can select those you wish to disqualify. Since our scholarships are last dollars, it allows me to mark those who are already receiving money above the allotted amount. You can then go to the review group qualifications and use that question in your selection criteria,

Is there a way to exclude them from your import from your student information system to BB award management? We also have student types who are excluded from scholarship consideration, so their academic information is excluded from our nightly import and they subsequently do not match with opportunities.
