Anyone else sent their import file, but its not reflecting on the General Application grid? Submitted our file on Tuesday at 12:00PM. and it's not reflected on the grid yet.

Yes, our imports have taken several days to update in the grids this week. I submitted a file Monday evening and most of the students weren't updated until Thursday morning. I'm still missing import data for two students. I spoke with Blackbaud on Monday about it and they confirmed that there are some delays with imports. They said their engineering team is working on improving the import performance.

Yes. I opened a case yesterday because we came across a students whose data had not updated as expected. I'm awaiting a response.
