Is there a way to remove a student file that was uploaded as a response to a 'File' type question

An applicant accidentally uploaded a file containing sensitive information.  The applicant wishes that the file be removed, but I don't see a way to remove the file from the list.

If the student uploaded something incorrect, they would just have to upload the correct document in its place. I believe it will override whatever was there first. At least it happened when we tried it.
