Deletion/Removal of Uploaded Documents?

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all well and safe!

We have had a request to remove uploaded documentation from a student's application. And in my attempts, knowledgebase searches and chat with BBAM support it seems as though this is not possible either from the student's side or the admin side. 


I am surprised at this as there are many situations in which students upload confidential information and if for whatever reason, I would think there would be a way to remove it. Anyone else out there know of a solution or have thoughts on this?

This has been one of my biggest issues with the product. Admin or support need to be able to do this.
